Supporters of Arkive
As part of its commitment to raising awareness of global climate change, Bank of America Merrill Lynch is working with Wildscreen to develop its award-winning Arkive project.
The support provided by Bank of America Merrill Lynch will enable the onward development of the Arkive project, with the creation of new climate change featured pages that highlight the impact this environmental issue is having on the planet’s biodiversity.
You do not have to be an environmentalist to care about protecting the planet. Human well-being is intrinsically linked to the health of the planet, and the natural world supports the livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people. Therefore, slowing down the destruction of the Earth’s natural resources and developing sustainability is essential if the global economy, and the businesses that drive it, are to prosper long term.
Powerful wildlife imagery is an emotive and effective means of building environmental awareness and engagement.
Through this exciting partnership, Arkive has created 200 new digital multi-media profiles for those species threatened by climate change, helping to highlight their plight and the need for their conservation. Alongside this work, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Arkive will deliver a suite of engagement programmes, including multimedia resources, film screenings and accompanying educational materials.
