Classified as Endangered (EN) on the IUCN Red List (1). Varieties: The Atlas cypress or Moroccan cypress, Cupressus dupreziana atlantica is classified as Endangered (EN) and Cupressus dupreziana duprezianais is classified as Critically Endangered (CR) on the IUCN Red List (1).
