- Titi monkeys typically feed on a range of fruits, leaves, insects and seeds.
- Found from Peru to southern Colombia, the red titi monkey has one of the largest distributions of all titi monkey species.
- Titi monkeys are thought to be monogamous, and tend to live in small, pair-bonded groups.
The red titi monkey is classified as Least Concern (LC) on the IUCN Red List (1) and is listed on Appendix II of CITES (2).
