Namaqua chameleon  (Chamaeleo namaquensis)

Range

The Namaqua chameleon is found in an area known as Namaqualand in western South Africa, as well as in Angola and the Namib Desert of Namibia (1) (4).

Habitat

Occurs in desert and semi-desert regions, with low rainfall and temperatures ranging from 0 ºC to 40 ºC (4).
