Partula taeniata is classified as Critically Endangered (CR) on the IUCN Red List (1). Subspecies Partula taeniata elongate, P. t. nucleola and P. t. simulans are classified as Extinct in the Wild (EW) and P. t. taeniata is classified as Extinct (EX) on the IUCN Red List (1).
