Giraffe  (Giraffa camelopardalis)

Range

The giraffe is found south of the Sahara in Africa (5), but has been eliminated from most of western Africa and the southern Kalahari (4).

Habitat

Inhabits savanna, scrub, open acacia woodlands and subtropical and tropical grasslands with trees and bushes (1) (8).
