Wisconsin's Northwoods is a sprawling patchwork of forests, woods, lakes, wetlands and bogs which blanket much of the northern part of the state of Wisconsin in the United States. Home to a staggering variety of plants and animals, this spectacular expanse of forest is in an area of global significance.
